Day 01 Arrival at Delhi
You will be welcomed in a warm traditional way at the airport and
transferred to your hotel for overnight stay.
Day 02 Agra
After a delicious breakfast, drive to Agra visiting Fatehpur Sikri
enroute. The highlights are Buland Darwaza, Panch Mahal, Diwan-i-aam,
Diwan-I-Khaas, Chisti's Tomb and Jodha Bai's Palace. Reach Agra in the
evening and check in at hotel. Spend rest of the day at leisure or
explore the bazaars of Agra for souvenirs. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 03 Agra
After breakfast, go on a guided sightseeing tour of Agra such as Taj
Mahal, Agra Fort, Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah and Sikandra as its
highlights. In the evening, explore the markets of Agra, buy souvenirs
such as marble imitations of Taj, marble tabletops set in precious and
semi-precious stones and leather shoes and purses and delicacies such as
Petha and Gajak. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04 Ranthambore
After breakfast, drive to Ranthambore National Park. You will check in
at the hotel in Sawai Madhopur from where you will embark on a jeep
safari to the wilderness. You may also opt for elephant safari. You may
spot tigers and leopards along with other wild species such as monkeys,
langurs and alligators in their natural habitats along with a number of
bird species. You may shoot some enthralling moments of flora and fauna
here. Overnight stay at the wildlife resort in the park.
Day 05 Jaipur
In the morning, drive to Jaipur and check in at the hotel. Sightseeing
tour of the Pink City, Jaipur, is in store for you. The highlights of
the day are Amber Fort and the royal elephant ride from the foothills to
its gate, Hawa Mahal with its honeycomb windows, City Palace and its
royal museum and Jantar Mantar. At sunset, enjoy the breathtaking views
from Nahargarh fort and savor traditional Rajansthani cuisine such as
Chokhi Dhani at the dinner. Overnight stay at hotel in Jaipur.
Day 06 Delhi
In the morning, drive to Delhi, which takes about four to five hours.
You can see the reality of Indian villages on the way including the
herds of camel and cattle and Rajasthani natives working tirelessly in
their colorful attires. Check in at the hotel in Delhi, where you will
have lunch. In the latter half of the day, you will go on a sightseeing
tour of Old Delhi. Explore Red with all its marble palaces and
courtyards, Jama Masjid, the largest mosque of India and the streets and
lanes of the oldest market of Chandani Chowk for souvenirs and
delicacies. Visit Rajghat, the burial ground of Mahatama Gandhi, the
Father of India. In the evening, witness the sound and light show on
Mughal Era of India at the Red Fort. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 07 Delhi
After breakfast, see the delights of New delhi including Rashtrapati
Bhawan (President's House) and its well-maintained Mughal Gardens, the
Parliament of India and India Gate, a war memorial. Other highlights of
the day are visits to Lotus Temple, Qutub Minar and Birla Mandir. Spend
the afternoon at leisure, where you may go for shopping at the modern
market places of Connaught Place and Palika Bazaar. Savor the Tandoori
Dinner before leaving for the airport, from where you can catch your
flight to onward destination.
