Day 01 Arrival at Delhi
A warm traditional welcome awaits you at the airport followed by
transfer to your hotel for overnight stay.
Day 02 Delhi
This day is scheduled for a full day sightseeing tour of Delhi with
Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple, Humayun's tomb, President's house, the
Secretariat buildings, India Gate and Birla Mandir as its highlights. In
the evening, witness the light and sound show at Red Fort, which
revolves around 300 years of Moghul rule in India. Dinner and overnight
stay at the hotel.
Day 03 Sariska
Drive to Sariska Wildlife sanctuary in the morning, which harbors
numerous wildlife species such as wildcat, hyena, leopard, jackal, wild
dog, tiger, chitel, chausingha, langur, nilgai, sambar, wild boar and
rhesus monkeys. An elephant safari and overnight stay at the Sariska
wildlife resort makes your day quite satisfying.
Day 04 Jaipur
After breakfast, drive to Jaipur where you will check in at the hotel
and have lunch. After lunch, you will be taken on a sightseeing tour of
Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. The highlights of the tour will be
City Palace, Hawa Mahal, Amer Palace, Jantar Mantar, Jai Garh fort and
fountains and sculptures of Sisodia-Rani-Ka-Bagh. You can also explore
Jaipur bazaars in the evening and enjoy sights of men and women dressed
in their traditional colorful attires such as turbans, veils and silver
jewellery. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 05 Ranthambore
In the morning, drive to Ranthambor National Park with tiger as its
chief attraction. An elephant safari gives you ample opportunities to
see wild animal species such as Indian gazelle, Sambar, Nilgai, Chital,
Tiger, Mongoose, Indian Hare and Monitor Lizards close at hand.
Overnight stay at the jungle resort.
Day 06 Ranthambore
This day a jeep safari in Ranthambore National Park is in store for
you. Visit the 10th century Ranthambore Fort and Jogi Mahal and if you
are lucky, you may even spot a tiger or a leopard crossing down your
path. The famous Ranthambore Fort is the oldest in Rajasthan and Jogi
Mahal is used now as the Forest Rest House. You can see the second
largest Banyan tree in India at the rest house. Overnight stay at the
wildlife resort.
Day 07 Bharatpur
Drive to Bharatpur bird sanctuary in the morning, which once served as
the personal shooting reserve of the royal family. It has now been
declared world heritage site in India and is considered one of the best
water-bird sanctuaries in Asia. More than 353 avaian fauna species have
been spotted here including grey partridge, red wattle, common quail,
egrets, grey herons, sarus crane, rosy-headed pelican and endangered
Siberian Cranes. It is aptly considered an ornithologist's paradise.
Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 08 Agra
Drive to Agra early morning after breakfast while visiting Fatehpur
Sikri enroute. Some of the highlights of the place are Buland Darwaza,
Tomb of Sheikh Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal and Jodha Bai's Palace.
Continue your drive to Agra, check in at the hotels and spend the
evening at leisure or exploring the markets of Agra.
Day 09 Agra/Delhi
Go on a guided sightseeing tour of Agra with Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and
Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah as its highlight. In the evening, drive back to
Delhi, where you will be transferred to the airport, so you can catch
your flight to onward destination.
